We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! 💛

Dispatch Time: All orders are packed and sent within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days (a little longer for rural areas).

Standard Delivery: Flat rate standard shipping on orders under $100 - $9.99 Australia-wide. Orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch (a little longer for rural). 

Express Delivery: Available for $12.99 on orders under $139. Orders over $139 express shipping is $21.99. Orders usually arrive in 1–3 business days after dispatch (a little longer for rural).

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend will be sent on Monday or Tuesday during busy periods.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. 🚚✨

📦 Pre-orders: If your item has a pre-order date listed (shown next to the product name on our website), that’s the date it will leave our warehouse. The delivery timeframe begins from that dispatch date. If no pre-order date is shown, your item is in stock and ready to ship.
