• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide either a full refund or a replacement - whichever you prefer.

 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
